About the conference

Artificial intelligence is moving beyond traditional chatbots towards increasingly autonomous, agentic systems. This raises new questions about how people interact with AI, how societies adapt, and how trust, inequality, work, identity and social relationships may change.

This interdisciplinary conference brings together researchers, academics, PhD scholars, early-career researchers, practitioners and professionals from around the world to examine these questions. It is organised by the International Association for Social Research Dynamics (IASRD), UK Registered Charity No. 1217292.

When do I pay?

Only after your abstract and full paper have been accepted. Registration opens for accepted authors from early January 2027, and early-bird rates apply until 31 January 2027.

Can I attend online?

Yes. The conference is hybrid, with reduced online rates based on your country's income group.

What if the conference moves fully online?

You can switch to the online rate (the difference is refunded) or request a full refund.

Do I need to present to attend?

No. You can register as an Attendee (non-presenting) at a lower fee. Presenters pay the Presenter fee, one per paper.

Can I get a visa invitation letter?

Yes. Authors with an accepted abstract may request an invitation letter. Please apply for your visa as early as possible, as processing times vary. An invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be granted, and IASRD cannot influence visa decisions. If your visa is refused or delayed, you may switch to online participation (the fee difference will be refunded) or request a full refund. Please check the UK Government guidance for Standard Visitors for permitted activities.

Can I use AI tools in preparing my submission?

AI tools may be used responsibly, but authors must disclose their use. Originality and plagiarism screening forms part of the paper quality assessment.
